Information the contact form collects

If you send a message at Contact, the form collects:

• Full name, so a reply can be addressed to you.
• Work email, so the reply can be delivered.
• Company, if you choose to provide it, as context for the inquiry.
• Inquiry type, so the message can be read against the subject you selected.
• Your message.
• A required confirmation that VelTeq Labs may use this information to respond. That confirmation is checked before sending. It is not copied into the email.

The form also has a hidden field that people are not asked to fill in. If that field is filled in, the message is discarded and no email is sent. A short-lived submission id, created in your browser, is kept for up to 10 minutes after a successful send so the same message is not emailed twice. It is not used to recognise you later.

The form does not ask for a date of birth, a government identifier, payment details, a password, or a marketing subscription. The site has no user accounts.

Security check

The contact page can load Cloudflare Turnstile to check that the submission comes from a person rather than an automated sender. The script is loaded from Cloudflare only on that page, after you interact with the form, after a short idle period, or immediately if you retry. The site sends the resulting token to Cloudflare for a single check and does not store it.

Cloudflare describes the check as using signals such as IP address, browser and connection characteristics, the site key, and the page address. Cloudflare's own notice is the Turnstile Privacy Addendum. This website does not turn on Turnstile pre-clearance.

Email delivery

After the message passes validation and the security check, the site asks Resend to email it to the VelTeq Labs inbox. The email contains your name, email address, company, inquiry type, and message. Your email address is set as the reply address. The website does not store the message in its own database. The copy that remains is the email in that inbox.

Resend describes its handling in the Resend privacy policy. If the email service is not configured, the form does not send a message.

Abuse prevention

The contact endpoint allows 5 submissions in 10 minutes for a network address. It stores the time of each attempt, not your name, email, or message. Those times, and the duplicate-send marker, expire after 10 minutes. Operational logs record that a step failed. They are written so they do not include your name, email, message, or security token.

How long information is kept

Rate-limit times and the duplicate-send marker are kept for 10 minutes. Text you typed into the form stays in the page until you leave it. VelTeq Labs has not published a retention period for inquiry email, and this site has no control that deletes mail from the inbox. A separate privacy address and a response deadline have not been published.

Cookies and browser storage

This application does not set its own cookies and does not use local or session storage. It does not load analytics or advertising tags. A local check of the site, without a live Turnstile key, found no cookies and no third-party requests. Cookies that Cloudflare may set on a live hostname, including for bot protection or a private preview login, were not observed in that check and are not described here as production cookies.

Where processing can occur

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Contact mail is sent through Resend and then stored by whoever hosts the receiving inbox. Those providers may process information outside your country. This project has not recorded an account region, and this notice does not claim that information stays in a particular country.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and the contact form is not meant for information about a child.

Asking about your information

You can ask VelTeq Labs to access, correct, or delete an inquiry you sent by using the contact form. Say which email address you used. There is no separate request portal.

Changes

A new version of this notice will be published on this page. The date above is the date of this version. A registered address, a company registration number, and a chosen governing law are not stated because they have not been supplied for publication.
